Sadashiv Peth

One can see the many old Wada's, Educational and Cultural Institutes which are located in the area of Sadashiv Peth. The name was kept in the memory of Sadahivrao Bhau who had lost his life in 1761 in the war of Panipat. Earlier it was set up only for the Military soldiers, but now a days large amount of residents are only Brahmins. 'Bharat Ithihas Sanshodan Mandal', 'Raja Kelkar Vastu Sangrahalaya', 'Nehru Stadium', 'Sir Parshurambhau Mahavidhyalay', 'Bharat Natya Mandir', 'Tilak Smarak Mandir', 'Maratha Chambers of Commerce' and many more important institutes are in Sadashiv Peth. Khunya Murlidhar, Vishrambag Vada, Saras Baug, Nehru Stadium, Bhikardas Maruti and well known Talayatalya Ganapati are the best attraction of this place.
